Most VAs have never worn steel-toe caps
I own a pair. I've coordinated operations on multi-million-pound construction sites, which means when you say a main contractor's chasing you for certificates or a subbie's gone quiet three days before a start date, I already know what that costs
I'm Simona. Fifteen years in operations, most of them in environments where paperwork being wrong had real consequences.
I started in construction. Proper construction: multi-million-pound projects, subcontractors, site schedules, compliance documents that had to be right because someone's safety depended on them. I learned how to keep complex things moving under pressure, how to chase the people who go quiet, and how to catch the things that would quietly become a crisis if nobody was watching.
In between, I trained as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh and spent three years backpacking across Asia. That's not relevant to chasing your invoices, but it does explain why I don't panic, and why I set up a business rather than staying in someone else's.
Zero Chaos Club exists because trades directors and construction business owners kept telling me the same thing: they were brilliant at the work and drowning in everything around it. The quoting. The chasing. The certificates that needed renewing. The inbox they hadn't properly looked at since Tuesday. I take that off your plate.
The Zero Chaos Club motto is simple
Your inbox shouldn't dictate your day. Your diary shouldn't own you. And your brilliant brain definitely shouldn't be formatting PowerPoints at midnight.
How I work.
What working with me actually looks like.
You deal with one person, start to finish. No ticketing system, no rotating team who've never read your last email, no re-explaining yourself to someone new every few weeks.
Every client goes through a proper onboarding. I learn your tone, your priorities, the suppliers you like and the ones you've had problems with. By the end of week one, the tasks I'm handling should feel invisible to you, not because they've disappeared, but because you've stopped having to think about them.
That's the actual point of this.
Saturday morning without that nagging thought about whether the invoice went out. Sunday evening without the familiar knot in your stomach, the one that used to start around 6pm when your brain started running through Monday's inbox before you'd even finished dinner. Watching your kid's football match without your phone buzzing about a supplier who still hasn't confirmed a delivery date. Sitting down for a meal and actually being there, instead of half there while some certificate deadline chews at the back of your mind.
You built this business to have something of your own, not to be its unpaid admin department at 9pm on a Tuesday. The work still gets done properly. You just stop being the one who has to carry it around in your head every waking hour.
I'm paperless and fully GDPR compliant. I won't put your client data into public AI tools. And I'm happy to sign an NDA before we start if your work requires it.
DONE BEATS PERFECT
Good enough and done beats perfect sitting in Drafts. I keep things moving and flag what actually needs you. You don't need to see every job I've sent - just that it's done.
Straight & reliable
I don't do vague updates or disappearing acts. If something's going wrong, you hear it from me before it becomes your problem. If I've said I'll have it done by Thursday, it'll be done by Thursday.
NO CHASING ME
I don't need reminding, prompting or a follow-up text three days later. Send it once and it's on my list. You've got enough people to chase already, I shouldn't be one of them.
Three years on the road
Backpacking across Asia taught me more about logistics and adaptability than any office ever could. Next stop: South America with an open mind and comfortable shoes.
The plant-based mission
I'm obsessed with finding the best vegan food in every city I visit. Currently trying (and mostly failing) to recreate my favourite Taiwanese street dishes at home.
Protecting the peace
When I'm not working, I'm not working. Long walks, yoga, books and good food. I protect my downtime because it's what keeps me sharp for yours.
Planet first
I run a paperless business and believe sustainability isn't optional. If you're building something green, ethical, or kind to the earth, we'll get along well.
Good humans only
Good work comes from good working relationships. I choose clients I connect with and I take that seriously.
Forever curious
Whether it's mastering a new tech tool or finally perfecting the oat milk flat white, I never stop trying to do things better for my clients and myself.
