1. Who We Are

By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of England and Wales.
2. Intellectual Property
The content, logo, and original “Zero Chaos” artwork on this site belong to Zero Chaos Club. You may view and download material for personal, non-commercial use only, and may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt it without our written permission.
Ownership of work product created for paying clients (such as documents, campaigns, or deliverables) is governed by the individual signed Client Agreement for that engagement, not by these Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable Use
When using this site, including any contact or enquiry forms, you agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to transmit harmful code, spam, or unauthorised automated requests.
Not attempt to access areas of the site or systems you're not authorised to use.
We may restrict or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms.
4. Engagement of Services and Payment
Enquiries submitted through this site do not themselves create a contract for services. Paid work begins only once scope, fees, and timelines have been agreed, and, for ongoing or retainer engagements, set out in a signed Client Agreement.
Unless a signed Client Agreement states otherwise, the following applies to all work booked through this site:
Invoices are payable in full before any work commences. No work begins until payment has cleared.
Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.
Late payment on any ongoing engagement may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is cleared. Statutory interest may be charged on overdue business invoices under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Where a signed Client Agreement sets out different payment terms (for example, staged invoicing on a retainer), the terms of that agreement take priority over this section for that engagement.
5. Limitation of Liability
This site, and the information on it, is provided on an “as is” basis. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, except where that loss is caused by our negligence or breach of these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you arising from your use of this site, or from services booked through it, is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap should be reviewed with a solicitor if you're taking on larger client engagements.
6. Third-Party Links
This site may link to external services, such as payment processors or social media platforms. We aren't responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external sites, and linking to them isn't an endorsement.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data, and forms part of these Terms of Service by reference.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.
