AI Usage Policy

1. Our Approach

I use artificial intelligence to help with research, structuring documents, and meeting summaries. This means I spend less time on admin and more time on high-level support for your business.

2. Professional Standards

All final work is my own. I use Claude and Gemini to help brainstorm or structure documents, but I check every fact, link, and vegan-specific detail myself before it reaches you. You never receive unedited AI output, whether I'm drafting a project schedule for a site or a newsletter for a studio, the finished product is human-led.

3. Data Security and Confidentiality

Where possible, I avoid putting identifying details, such as full names, addresses, or health information, into AI prompts. Where a meeting summary naturally references a name or business detail, that content stays within my secure Notion workspace and is not shared, sold, or used to train third-party models.

  • Property/Trade Clients: your site locations, tender details, and supplier costs remain confidential and are not shared with third parties.

  • Wellness Clients: your students' or clients' personal data is never entered into an AI tool.

4. Third-Party AI Tools and Model Training

I use Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini (Google) on paid Pro accounts, and Notion AI within my secure workspace.

I have switched off model training in both accounts, using Claude's 'Help improve our AI models' setting and Google's Gemini Apps Activity setting, so content I enter into these tools is not used to train Anthropic's or Google's models.

I review these settings periodically, as providers do update their defaults from time to time.

5. Meeting Summaries and Recording

I use Notion AI to record and summarise our meetings so nothing gets missed.

  • I will always ask for your consent before recording any call.

  • Transcripts and summaries are stored in my secure Notion workspace.

  • They are kept for 60 days after our working relationship ends, then deleted, unless a specific record needs to be retained for accounting purposes as set out in my Privacy Policy.

6. Your Choice

If you'd prefer I don't use AI tools on your account at all, tell me. I'm happy to work entirely without them if that suits your business.
